Semi-Hard Steel Wire

Rolling Trade LTD supplies semi-hard steel wire with optimized mechanical properties suitable for further processing, forming, or reinforcing applications. This wire is cold-drawn to achieve balanced strength and ductility, making it ideal for both structural and functional industrial use.

Key Features

  • Made from SAE 1006 / SAE 1008 / SAE 1010 or C4D1 + B steel grades
  • Cold-drawn to semi-hard condition – increased strength with good workability
  • Uniform surface quality, ready for galvanizing or coating
  • Excellent dimensional precision and coil consistency
  • Available in coils or custom-cut lengths

Applications

  • Fencing and mesh production
  • Construction reinforcement and armature
  • Wire products requiring moderate strength and bendability
  • Agricultural tools and light frames
  • Fastener blanks, supports, and hangers
