Steel Anchor Fiber

Rolling Trade LTD supplies high-quality steel anchor fiber designed to reinforce concrete and increase its crack resistance, load-bearing capacity, and durability. Our anchor-type fiber is manufactured from low-carbon cold-drawn steel wire, shaped and cut with precision to provide excellent mechanical bonding within concrete mixes.

Key Features

  • Produced from high-strength cold-drawn steel wire
  • Hooked ends for superior anchorage in the concrete matrix
  • Improves concrete’s resistance to shrinkage cracking and dynamic loads
  • Distributes stresses evenly and enhances impact and fatigue strength
  • Complies with EN 14889-1:2006 (Steel fibers for concrete – Part 1: Fibers for non-structural use)

Applications

  • Industrial concrete floors and slabs
  • Tunnel linings and precast concrete elements
  • Pavements, parking lots, and warehouse surfaces
  • Shotcrete in mining and civil engineering
  • Foundations and load-bearing structures

Packaging & Dosage

Steel fibers are supplied in compact bags of 20 or 25 kg. Bulk packaging options are available for large construction projects. Recommended dosage ranges from 15 to 40 kg per cubic meter of concrete, depending on structural requirements.

Quality & Certification

All fiber batches undergo strict quality control procedures for dimensional consistency, tensile strength, and anchorage shape. Compliance with EN 14889-1:2006 and ISO 9001 standards is ensured. Test certificates available on request.
