Produced from high-quality hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strips, our tubes are welded longitudinally using precision high-frequency welding (ERW) technology, ensuring strong joints and consistent cross-sectional geometry.

Our steel tube production line includes slitting, forming, electric-resistance welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting processes, ensuring mechanical integrity and consistent shape. Dimensional control, weld seam inspection, and surface finish tests are conducted on each batch.
Tubes are bundled with steel straps and wrapped in protective film if required. Each bundle is tagged with product specifications and batch information for traceability. Delivery by truck or container is available across Europe and beyond.
Tubes are produced according to EN 10219-1 and EN 10219-2 standards for cold-formed structural hollow sections. Test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are available upon request.
Rolling Trade LTD complies with the European CBAM Regulation (Regulation 2023/956), submitting quarterly emissions declarations and utilizing environmentally responsible steel sourcing.
